Dear Dive Magic Divers,

snow divingIn the last week, I have seen sunshine, rain, snow, and hail!  Idaho sure keeps you guessing when it comes to the weather.  If that is any indication as the type of diving you will encounter, then you know that you will find many surprises when you visit an Idaho lake, river, or pond.

Now's the time to check out your favorite dive spot.  While the vis is still clear, and it's not too hot outside.  Dive Magic can help you prepare for any water temp, or any weather you may encounter.  Give us a call and we'll hook you up with gear and even a dive buddy if your looking for one!

Regards,

Jenny Dennis

Traveling with Dive Magic

5000 year old brain corralDive Magic goes to Key Largo

As you peer over the side of the boat and see nothing but blue water and reefs 30 ft below the surface; all you can think about is getting your gear on and taking that first giant stride off the boat.  Dive Magic would like to thank Sea Dwellers for the awesome time we had in Key Largo.

We saw everything from a turtle on the surface, to curious Barracudas.  Even got to see the beauty of nature by glimpsing a brain corral that is estimated to be over 5000 yrs old.  To view more pictures visit Dive Magic's website.

Divers from Twin Falls and Boise enjoy CozumelTurtle

Upon arriving in Cozumel, we were greeted as if we were part of the family coming home.  Ocean Blue views could be seen from all of our rooms at Scuba Club Cozumel.  After completing buoyancy checks and familiarizing ourselves with drift diving we were ready for our first boat dives.  Upon first splash you find yourself lost among colors of oranges, yellows, and reds.  Not to mention surrounded by turtles, barracudas, and on the hunt for the well hidden sea horse.  What is a trip with out a night dive?  We found octopus, squid, eels, and sting rays.  Towards the end of our trip, we spent an evening aboard a Pirate's Ship; where we dined on lobster, steak, chicken, and danced the night away.

Don't worry if you missed out on these trips; Dive Magic is in the process of planning our fall trips.
